September 19, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #44 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE VENICE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - ROOM 211 REST ROOM PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. for the Venice Elementary School - Room 211 Rest Room project, be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/4/2006.
